She has developed a practical and organized approach, with a strong focus on reliability and attention to detail, building solid experience in successfully managing residential properties.

After long professional careers abroad, Deb and Gio both chose Antigua as the place to begin a new chapter in their lives.
Having met on the beach, they discovered a shared vision for a more structured and reliable approach to property management, in a context where the industry is often characterized by informal and inconsistent practices.
With decades of combined experience in property and business management, they decided to build a company that reflects their values of professionalism, organization, and trust.
